The existence of DCP in national infrastructure development is re-proved with one more steam power plant big project. One of the biggest in South Kalimantan area, Asam-Asam steam power plant. This 2 x 65 MW project was done in cooperation with PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, according to the contract signed by late 2009 and early 2010. The erection is divided into two parts, the supply & installation of Stack Chimney and Frame Structure of Turbine Power house. Which is for Stack Chimney, material required has reached + / – 700 tons of steel, and + / – 4200 tons of steel for Frame Structure of Turbine Power House. Construction this two sections in Asam-Asam power plant project have reached around 93.6 billion rupiah. Stack & Chimney Development in Asam-asam Power Plant is dominated by pipe and ASTM A-36 plate material which is used for the Chimney pipe casing with a diameter of 3.8 meters and a height of 99 meters by 2 units. As for power house, it was using structural steel with specification ASTM A-36. All of our work in the construction of steel structure plant always follow ISO standards, the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Japan International Standard (JIS), and the American Welding Society (AWS) with very strict and accountable Standard Quality Control.
