PT. Wijaya Karya Beton is the leading company engaging in the industry of precast concrete products in Indonesia. It initially operated as a division under the wings of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (“PT WIKA (Persero) Tbk.”). The establishment of this division was begun by the production of electrical pre-stressed concrete, produced conventionally to meet the needs of State-Owned Public Utility Power Company Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN).

After its business grew significantly, the division separated itself from PT WIKA Tbk and established independently as a subsidiary of PT WIKA Tbk pursuant to the Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company “PT Wijaya Karya Beton” No. 44 dated March 11, 1997, prepared and presented before Achmad Bajumi, S.H., substitute of Imas Fatimah, S.H., Notary in Jakarta, juncto Deed of Contribution, Issuance, and Changes in the Articles of Association No. 39 dated November 19, 1997, prepared and presented before Imas Fatimah, S.H., Notary in Jakarta.

The Company’s Articles of Association had experienced several amendments, including an amendment to adjust to the Act of Limited Liability Company as stipulated in the Deed No. 67/2008. The last revision was in 2013 with the preparation of the Deed of Decision of Shareholders in lieu of Meeting No. 57 dated August 23, 2013, prepared and presented before Sri Ismiyati, S.H., Notary in North Jakarta, which amended the Article 3 paragraph 3 on Business Intent and Purpose (Deed No. 57/2013).
