Semarang—Road to mudik season, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. will apply new system which is single tariff system in Semarang toll road Section A-B-C. Johannes Mancelly as the General Manager of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. says the system will eliminate four exit toll gates.

“Later, the transaction access on Tembalang, Manyaran, Muktiharjo and Gayamsari exit toll will be eliminated,” he said.

To support the system, Johannes Mancelly insists they have been built the three new gates. He also explains that later the cars which passing by Semarang toll road will be automatically detected while they exit on Banyumanik. The tariff has not been determined yet since it is discussing by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.

By applying the system, it can break the traffic down in Tembalang gate toll. Meanwhile, they still anticipate for the side effect of applying the new system.
