Jakarta - Construction of road infrastructure is a mode to controlling economic scale and distribution land which are important to district or even city. Beside that, road construction is also problem solving for reducing traffic. South Jakarta is constructing several projects, including Underpass project of Mampang-Kuningan, which the process is nearly to complete.

The underpass targeted to complete on April 2018 which means the route from Mampang to Kuningan will be straight away, and not obstructed.

Achmad Nuruddin Zain as Project Engineering Manager of the project explains that the operation target could not be posponed any longer.He’s sure to complete the project as the target by adding heavy equipment and so the workers.

“It is a must to complete the project as the target operation. Untill this week, the construction is on target and positive to be on time,” he said.

The construction however face several obstacles, as Alvina Mayora Nilasari says, the cables and pipes dugouts of the underpass delays the construction process. The progress from Mampang-Kuningan Underass reach over 86,17% and the public facilities such as TransJakarta bus stop and skywalk completed 100%. The IDR 200 Billion Rupiah’s project was started to constuct on the mid of 2017.
